Li Anne Ng

Hi, I’m Li Anne. I was born and raised in Malaysia and later moved to New Zealand to pursue my passion for dentistry. I graduated with distinction from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and later moved to Rotorua after my time in Dunedin. I am committed to delivering patient-centered, holistic dental care, with a strong emphasis on education and open communication. I believe in building relationships with my patients, setting clear expectations from the start, and empowering them to make informed decisions about their oral health. I am fluent in English, Mandarin and Malay, and I also understand dialects such as Hokkien and Cantonese. Coming from a multicultural country, I enjoy connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and ensuring they feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their dental journey. Outside of work, I love baking, going on scenic drives, trekking, and watching the sunset.

Amber Lee (Weei Yee)

Hi, I’m Amber! I was born in Malaysia and graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (Distinction). I am dedicated in providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a warm and welcoming environment, prioritizing genuine connections and a thorough understanding of each individual’s unique needs and experiences. With a conservative and preventive approach to dentistry, I place a great importance on patient education, to empower individuals to take charge of their oral health and thereby minimizing the need for extensive treatments in the future. I hope to make my patients feel well-informed, confident, and fully supported throughout their dental journey. 😊 Outside the clinic, I fill my time by staying active and spending quality time with my loved ones. You might also find me at the badminton court or at the gym around the corner.

Tracey Bourke

Hello, my name is Tracey and I have been the Practice Manager at Complete Dental for 8 years now, but I joined the dental industry about 30 years ago.

What I love about my job is getting to know the patients and continuing to build strong, functioning relationships to ensure that every patient has a smooth and relaxing visit in a caring and welcoming environment.

When I’m not in the office, I enjoy quality time with my family and friends, especially my beautiful grandchildren.

Inderjeet Kaur Ganda

Hi, my name Inderjeet Kaur Ganda I am from India. I belong to the beautiful city of Chandigarh.

I joined the Dental industry 6 years ago. I started working at Complete Dental in 2024.

I love to communicate with patients and assisting the dentist in any way I can.

In this practice I feel comfortable and everyone works as a team.

I really like my job as a dental assistant at Complete Dental.

My hobbies are swimming and badminton.

Paige Adair

Hi, my name is Paige. I am new to the dental industry coming from a background in business. What I love about working at Complete Dental is the great team environment and helping our patients get the care they need. Outside of work I enjoy reading, crafts, going on walks, and spending time with family.

Kusum Jain

Kusum has completed her graduation honors in Textiles & Clothing and Diploma in Travel Agency management and Tourism from Mumbai, India. She got married to Shailendra. She preferred to be a housewife to look after their children during the initial phase of her married life. Now she is the Practice Manager of this practice. A very kind hearted, friendly person who likes to look after the patients who come to the practice. She is very straightforward person who is always ready to help people. She enjoys building relationships & trust with our patients and ensures a smooth & relaxed working environment.

Amy Simmons

Amy grew up in Auckland before moving to Dunedin to study dentistry at the University of Otago. Becoming a dentist had been her dream since the age of 13. She graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (with Distinction) and is passionate about providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages.

After graduating, Amy moved to Tauranga to be closer to family and joined the practice because of its strong focus on patient-centred care. She particularly enjoys taking the time to help patients feel comfortable and at ease at the dentist, believing that good communication and a gentle approach are key to a positive dental experience.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time at the beach, cooking, and keeping busy with her energetic cocker spaniel, Maple.

Jasraavi Kaur

Originally qualified as a dentist in India, Jasraavi brings valuable knowledge and a genuine passion for patient care to her role as a Dental Assistant at Complete Dental Care. She thrives in the collaborative and friendly environment of the practice, embracing every opportunity to learn and support her team. Her caring nature and attention to detail help create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient who walks through the door.

When she's not at work, Jasraavi enjoys journaling, taking walks, and reading. She values these everyday moments as a way to stay balanced, inspired, and energised, allowing her to bring warmth and positivity to all that she does.

After completing her education in India, Roban made a bold and intentional career change to pursue her passion for patient care and oral health. Drawn to the meaningful impact dentistry can have on people’s confidence and well-being, she joined our team to bring her unique perspective, cultural insight, and fresh dedication to every patient interaction.
